• Empty Euro pallets must be handed in at Setzer before checking in.
• Düsseldorf pallets must be unloaded in the block storage area.
• Loading is only permitted while wearing a high-visibility vest and safety shoes.
• Check-in takes place at the terminal in the block storage area (entrance door between loading docks 9 and 10).
• To check in, you will need your tour number and mobile phone number.
• Please only check in if you do not need to take a break.
• After checking in, you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone notifying you when to proceed for loading.
• Taking your break in the parking area is not permitted, in order to prevent the parking area from becoming overcrowded.
• Please follow the instructions given by Fripa employees.

• Registration for palletized goods, rolls, pulp, etc. takes place at the gatehouse at Gate 1 (see site plan).
• The delivery documents are required for registration.
• When delivering palletized goods, you will be notified by SMS on your mobile phone when to proceed for unloading after registration.
• Unloading palletized goods is only permitted while wearing a high-visibility vest and safety shoes.
• To register, you will need your tour number and mobile phone number.
• Taking your break in the parking area is not permitted, in order to prevent the parking area from becoming overcrowded.

§ 1 Scope of Application

These Parking Regulations apply to all areas designated by Fripa as parking areas for trucks.

§ 2 Vehicles Authorized to Enter

Only trucks that have been scheduled at Fripa for loading and/or unloading and can present a valid transport order or purchase order are authorized to enter. If the driver is unable to provide such documentation, the company premises must be left immediately. The parking areas are intended exclusively for parking trucks. Other activities, such as camping, barbecuing, etc., are prohibited.

§ 3 German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO)

Unless otherwise stipulated below, the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), as amended from time to time, apply throughout the parking area.

§ 4 Registration Requirement

Upon arrival at the parking area, the vehicle must be registered immediately by our staff. Vehicles that have not been properly registered may be towed away at the owner’s expense.

§ 5 Parking and Rest Periods

The parking area may be used to take the legally prescribed driving and rest periods in consultation with the loading staff. However, this is only permitted as long as it does not interfere with loading and unloading operations.

§ 6 Parking and Designated Spaces

Vehicles may only be parked or left standing in the areas expressly designated and marked for this purpose.

§ 7 Right to Give Instructions

The instructions of both the truck registration staff and the Logistics Department staff must be followed. You are on private property.

§ 8 Cleanliness and Order

General waste bins are provided in the parking area. All waste must be disposed of exclusively in these bins. The parking area may not be used for the storage or placement of any type of cargo.

§ 9 Noise Disturbance

The vehicle engine must be switched off immediately upon arrival at the parking area. Continuous engine noise is prohibited. Moving vehicles to another parking space or carrying out maneuvering operations requires the express permission of our staff. Such activities are completely prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

§ 10 Damage

Any damage must be reported to Fripa staff immediately. Failure to report damage constitutes a hit-and-run offense!

§ 11 Surveillance

The entire truck parking area is monitored by CCTV. This serves to ensure security, prevent vandalism, and document any damage.

§ 12 Handling of Violations of the Parking Regulations

(1) Vehicles parked in violation of these regulations may be relocated at the owner’s expense or, if this is not possible, towed away.
A vehicle is considered to be parked in violation of these regulations if it violates the designated parking arrangement, obstructs access to or departure from one or more parking spaces, or otherwise improperly interferes with the use of the parking area. If a towing service is called due to improper parking, the call-out costs must also be paid if the towing operation itself is ultimately not carried out.
(2) The vehicle driver and vehicle owner shall be jointly and severally liable for any costs incurred. Vehicles towed away at the owner’s expense may only be released directly to the vehicle driver or vehicle owner by the contracted towing company upon payment of the applicable fee/charge.

§ 13 Disclaimer of Liability

(1) Use of the parking areas and parking spaces is at the user’s own risk. The company accepts no liability for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss, in particular for damage to, break-in of, or theft of motor vehicles, or for any damage caused during the relocation or towing of unauthorized and/or improperly parked vehicles. Claims for damages between users or against third parties shall be governed by the provisions of civil law.
(2) Fripa is under no obligation to ensure the safety of the parking area. Fripa is not obliged to guard or monitor parked vehicles.
